− Rubbish bags' to have at least 2 extra bags. Esp for us that are not from the area, cs we wouldnt know that yellow bags are mandatory. To also advise where we can buy them from if need be. To state in email prior to booking date of the requirements for check out date. If checkout to be at 12 the latest. Need a microwave and iron. The cleaning fee should be charged afterwards when inspection is done. Abit pricey for cleaning service We left the home clean. We usually strip the beds after any airbnb stay'but we didnt .

Great property for extended family or friends to chill out and enjoy all that Mangakino has to offer.

Great layout for extended family with good sized bedrooms, two big bathrooms, spacious living area, a generous deck, and lovely spa pool. Close to the local shops, not too far to the lake. Good facilities with heat pump, washing machine and dryer - we would have liked more pegs to hang our clothes on the line though! The property was lovely and clean and tidy, and we made sure we left it that way. We enjoyed the local golf course, river walks, and swimming in the lake. One suggestion would be to have a few more pieces of crockery and cutlery. We had 8 people staying and there was enough, but we also invited some local family members for a meal, and we only just had enough plates and glasses etc.

− Barking dogs in the neighbours property woke us up very early in the mornings. We had trouble getting the oven to work the first night, there were no instructions. We finally figured it out, but messages to the owner and property manager were unfortunately not responded to until the next morning. We couldn’t find an ironing board or iron, they would have been useful. We also could not see a fire extinguisher. Not that we needed it but if we did it could have been a problem.

A very modern, new, and clean house with two full bathrooms, a beautiful kitchen, and a spa. It’s perfect for a larger group of people.

− Some of us in the group found the mattresses a bit too soft and springy, but that’s just a matter of personal preference.
