コスパと便利さ重視なら選んで間違いない。快適さと雰囲気重視ならあまり勧めず。
7.0ロバニエミのなかでは宿泊費が安くて助かりました。 洗濯機もあるので部屋で洗濯が出来るのは連泊には大変助かります。 近くにショッピングモールも飲食店が多いのも良いです。 特に目の前にあるROKAは毎日列を作っており、大変美味しかったです。目の前のケバブ屋も手軽に食事を済ませるのに助かります。 専用の駐車場は無いですが、近くに沢山パーキングメーターがありEasyParkアプリを使えば最小限の駐車料金で便利に使えます。当方は毎日最寄りに駐車が出来、金曜日から火曜日迄使って10€以下で済みました。
− ・タオルは交換ありませんので、洗濯して使い回し。 ・カーテンが完全に締まらない為、隙間があく。 ・風呂場が少し下水臭い。 ・街中で便利な分、夜間は周辺騒音がある。 ・部屋は少し狭い、荷物を置くスペースが無い。
