No privacy from the main door, since the Wooden Doors were cracked

− Cracked Main Door in Room 408, that hints no Privacy anymore. Mosquitos. Water leaking on Taps. No Compliment Breakfast for the cost paid.
Nice Furnished flats , except fridge.
7.0Facility has furnished flats in a building. We were in 2 BHK flat. One room double bed another room 2 single beds both with attached bath. Flat is given clean, but there is strong odour and sewer gas coming from sewer drains in bathrooms. We ran water for about 30 min in both bathrooms all 3 drains holes in both bathrooms and kept exhaust on , then the gas became less and stand able. Next day morning this needs to be repeated. There is no fridge in room. Food cooked in kitchen ( Breakfast included in price and dinner separate charged 300 per person ) is good homely food. No daily housekeeping visit. Bottled Drinking water is provided. TV has paid channels only however we watched one movie on Jio Hot star by logging on with our id.
− Sewer gas in bathrooms and at gate of building. Its very unhealthy to have sewer gas around.

− Washrooms are clean but smelly. Through booking.com messages, it was agreed by the hotel for my late check-in and check-out timings. However after check-in, the staff is saying it wasn't agreed about late check-out timings and it will be extra charged.
