Our stay was absolutely wonderful. The villa is very spacious, comfortable, and perfect for a large group. There are two floors, and each floor has its own fully equipped kitchen and refrigerator, which was extremely convenient. The rooms are large, the beds are comfortable, and there was everything we needed: blankets, pillows, dishes, chairs, and all the necessary kitchen items. We were 11–12 people, and there was more than enough space for everyone. Nobody disturbed each other, and everyone felt comfortable. The yard was very clean and well maintained. There is a great barbecue area with a large table where we spent wonderful evenings together. The pool was always clean and warm, and it was a huge advantage, especially because the villa is about 8 minutes by car from the sea. The territory is green, beautiful, and very well cared for, with fruit trees around. The children enjoyed picking and eating the fruit. There was green grass, sun loungers, and enough space for everyone to relax. We had a truly amazing holiday and enjoyed every moment. Thank you very much for this wonderful stay. The host was incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful. He was always available, answered immediately, and regularly checked if everything was okay. A very warm and welcoming host. The location was exactly as expected from the map. It takes about 8–10 minutes by car to reach the sea, and the roads are very convenient. There is a direct route to Pula, supermarkets are nearby, and a nice local restaurant is just around the corner. We appreciated that everything matched the description, so there were no surprises.
