− Limpeza, e atendimento. Limpeza uma decepção, lençóis com manchas, e com dejetos de parasitas (possivelmente percevejos). Toalhas cheiravam a arrumado e com manchas. Os proprietários entraram no apartamento sem a nossa presença. Só soubemos depois, nem informaram que iam entrar.
