4.0− Für die Ferienwohnung wäre eine Sanierung notwendig. Die Möbel fallen auseinander, die Couch verdreckt und die allgemeine Sauberkeit läst zu wünschen übrig. Ein Wohlfühlmoment kommt nicht auf.

8.0Super ruhig gelegen in einer Nebenstraße, separater Eingang, nette Vermieter, schöner Garten. Es war alles da, was wir brauchten, unser Hund hat sich auch wohlgefühlt.
− Am Mittwoch sollte man nicht vor der Schule parken, gibt n Knöllchen. Leute die nicht gut zu Fuß sind, werden ihre Probleme haben.

9.0Las instalaciones en muy buen estado, amplio y limpio; privado y tranquilo. La ubicación, muy buena y con parquink público a escasos metros. Los propietarios, muy amables.
− Detrás del sofá había un poquito de polvo y marchitas muy pequeñas en el sofá, creo que son detalles que pueden mejorarse fácilmente.

− Es war nicht besonders sauber. Heizkörper verstaubt , allgemein schmuddelig . Die Handtücher waren abgenutzt. Die Matratzen durchgelegen.
