10.0Appartamento al piano interrato, ampio, ben arredato e tenuto in modo impeccabile. Il contesto è un quartiere residenziale molto curato e silenzioso. Massima gentilezza e disponibilità dei proprietari.
− La zona non è molto servita da mezzi pubblici. Non è ovviamente un problema relativo all'appartamento; per me è stato in parte disagevole, ma la colpa è mia: non mi ero informata a dovere.

10.0It was lovely to have a self contained Unit to ourselves. Full kitchen, with all the necessities, fabulous bed and air conditioning. Situated under the owners house and is basement type vibe. We loved it, very quiet, out of the hustle and bustle. Parking outside the main gate, you'd definitely need a car. Owners were lovely, very helpful and kind.
− A little noise from above during the day which is to be expected. At night very peaceful. Perfect!!

Good place but NOT FOR Travellers without a car
9.0The accommodation area was clean and the kitchen had all the necessary things required. The owner is super nice. The owner was always ready to help and replied very quickly to any questions. He helped us arrange a ride to the nearest train station.
− The nearest train station (tor vergata) is 22mins by walk. There is no alternative. Also you have to be aware that on weekends the frequency of the train is not good. And the last train from Roma termini every day is at 9:28pm. But if you have a car then no problem to go for it. It is not more than of 25mins ride from Roma termini and you will get the calming vibes in the surrounding.
