Acceptable room and location, but very poor communication and an unprofessional approach regarding extra charges.
2.0The location is very good, close to the pyramids, and the room was clean. The view was nice and the place is generally quiet.
− There was a serious lack of transparency and professionalism. I contacted the property by phone early in the morning and clearly asked about checking in at 02:00 AM. I was told there was no problem and no extra fee was mentioned at all. Later, I received an official email from Booking.com confirming an additional fee of 6 USD. However, upon arrival, the property requested a different and higher amount, which was never agreed upon and contradicted what Booking.com confirmed. This felt misleading and exploitative, especially after a clear agreement and confirmation. Guests should not be put in a situation where prices change after arrival.
