2.0The location
− From the start it was difficult to find. Nowhere did it say the Haven and the house number was concealed by a awning from the pub next door. There was nobody at the location and we only got the key because we asked at the pub if we were in the right place. They gave us the key. How it could be described as a boutique hotel is a joke. The room was small and badly maintained. The bedside lights and extractor fan in the bathroom didn't work. The bed was tiny as was the tv which was situated too high to be viewed properly. There were no chairs and there only furniture in the room were two tatty and rickety tables. There was black mould around the shower. Our room faced the rear of the property and overlooked a council car park which from 8.30 until 11.00 was being used as a race track by local young drivers

Stay was pleasant but came home early due to being cold

− No heat, was very cold at night, clothes were damp the next morning, asked on second day for heat to be put on but wasn’t, we both had just finished Radiastion for cancer we were very disappointed, this was our second visit with the same problem
