Not good at all due to ants!

Staff at the property was nice.

− My stay here was not good! I got the room downstairs on the corner and when I went in I could smell damp there. Already first night when I was in the bed I could feel small ants on me. The next morning I saw that on the table there were so many ants (I had a bit of chips there cause it was Nyepi but the ants were in other places too). The staff came to spray the ants, but later that day I saw more ants on the walls and they needed to come and spray them again. Then came the morning I needed to check-out and I saw near to my luggage lot of ants on the wall and few in my luggage, I just decided to close the luggage and leave to my next place hoping it was only those few ants there... (I had nothing sweet in my bag btw). Then I arrive to my new place and open my luggage...literally hundreds of ants inside my luggage, all came from that room I was staying. I have no idea why they went inside my bag, it was horrible. I needed to empty my whole luggage and luckily the staff at my new place helped me to kill them but as there were SO many of them, we needed to cut my luggage and now it's broken from the middle. Honestly so bad experience and all these ants came from this property, from that room. Also the communication after this event with the property was so bad. They were blaming me and not taking responsibility, then they agreed to give me refund but then never confirmed that to booking.com. So their behaviour was so ignorant. I cannot recommend this place to anyone unfortunately due to all these experiences.

Its very handy to my work and very peaceful

− Kitchen lacks Utensils Mugs and glasses ect, Would be helpful if there was a microwave in the kitchen

Clean, fresh and peaceful. Could do with some decent Coffee mugs and plates as very limited with one cup and one broken

The last time i stay here was before you employ ibu miu. What a massive improvement in cleanliness and hygiene to the kitchen space and surrounds. Her dilligence to guest comfort is a blessing to this guest house. She is the best! 🙏🏼 i will return tomorrow to enjoy an extended stay. Please thank her as Bukit villa team are lucky to have her at Mo cactus

− Vraiment pas grand chose or mis peut-être la wifi pas terrible pour travailler mais sinon pépite !
