− Not enough cooking utensils, frying pan not big enough. Freezer box required in fridge as we brought cool box for food we brought and take home.
Perfect location, but apartment poorly ventilated unfortunately.
6.0The location of the apartment was perfect. Very central and easily able to attend my Uncles funeral at the Bishop's Palace. Wells is beautiful and we would like to return for a longer visit next time.
− Keys were not available at 3pm, we had to wait with our children, and were attending a funeral so was not ideal that it was delayed. The current hot weather (into third week of a heat wave) had not been considered and the accommodation was extremely hot and uncomfortable. Opening windows did not cool any of the place down. There was one small fan, which did not work, but as a family of 5 we'd have hoped for a fan in each room based on the weather conditions.

− A éviter pendant l'été. L'appartement est très chaud et les fenêtres petites, permettant peu d'aération à l'étage. Il y a un ventilateur bien trop petit. L'appartement est globalement assez sombre.
