− I booked 2 days back and called them for confirmation, which they confirmed. They told me to pay at the hotel. They called me on the morning of check-in and informed me that the room is not available.
Service déplorable. Arnaqué par le personnel.
2.0La plage à proximité, le frigo dans la chambre.
− La propreté (canette vide dans le placard), infection de mites. C'est répugnant. Bien que Suraj ai été très correct avec nous (aidant, accueillant, répondant facilement à nos questions), son collègue nous a arnaqué lors de notre check out : il a contacté son ami chauffeur pour nous faire une course à ₹1400 soit le double des prix proposés par l'application GoaMiles. Le chauffeur, très louche, s'est arrêté au milieu de la route pour réclamer son argent. Nous avons dû nous énerver une seconde fois pour qu'il accepte d'aller jusqu'à l'aéroport : du jamais vu. Nous nous sommes sentis pris au piège et pris pour des cons. C'est évidemment parce que nous sommes étrangers. À vomir et à fuir.
