10.0The location and room were great for a beach hotel. No room service and no coffee in the room The restaurant opens late and doesn’t serve breakfast. Otherwise amazing.

6.0Needs some tender loving care , Rooms are feeling Jaded, Paint, door refurbishment ,and the terraces need floors replaced and repaired Has great bones , but plenty of money needs to be made available after the season, to ensure all the work in the winter gets completed…-It can either be maintained and be a place to go or be a major disappointment…. Up to management
