The accommodation was was like a second home, very warm and welcoming We had a comfortable relaxed stay there

Location is beautiful. Club house was good value and great for children. Local towns were brilliant.

− Facilities could have been in better shape, but was ok to stay in. Access to beaches were extremely steep. We didn't take that into consideration.

Everything, it was fully furnished and had all the utensils pots pans, in all a fully furnished accommodation.

− Only 1/4 of a roll of toilet paper.

Park Dean staff were soo friendly and welcoming

− The chalet was filthy! Absolutely disgusting, we left half way through our stay because (even though I cleaned for 3 hours when I arrived) we were very uncomfortable seeing the chalet had not had a good clean in what must of been months! Cotton wool Webbing attaching the windows to the curtains, spiders everywhere, crumbs every where, kitchen work tops filthy, jar of mouldy beef paste behind the table with dirt and webs all over the chairs/floor/skirting board, dog fur everywhere, mouldy bedroom curtains, spider nests everywhere, bathroom was disgusting, hair and poo left on toilet, dirt marks in Bath and hair in sink, dirty bedding covered in dog fur and bits of mud with the stained covers, oven and cupboards filthy. Under the beds and skirting boards were black, glue on eye lashes left on a shelf in the bedroom, kitchen appliances were all dirty, chairs covered in dog fur, rug was full of dirt and crumbs, we had to wear shoes the whole time! Yes I got a partial refund but I have never been in a place as dirty as this chalet before!! My daughter was soo thankful when I told her we was going home early! We were booked for 4 nights and only stayed one night! We left the chalet 100 times cleaner than it was when we arrived but it is still in need of a big deep clean!!! I can not upload the picture of the dustpan full of dirt and fur! It was literally full!!
