Not great, never again.
1.0Close to where l needed to be.
− No air con working on 30 plus days for both nights my daughter and l stayed there. Only a couple of windows that had fly screens so when we opened up to cool the very hot place down we got plenty of bugs/misquotes inside. The bed in the master bedroom was way too hard, so l slept 2 nights on the couch while my daughter slept in the other bedroom with a more comfortable bed, thank goodness. Nice place but needs these issues sorted before l would recommend it to anyone.

9.0This house was clean, beds were comfortable with good assortment of pillows, good linen, good facilities and utensils in the kitchen, plenty of lovely hot water.
− There was no bedside lighting in the second bedroom. It is the only accommodation I have ever stayed in that did not provide tea, coffee and milk. We had to go to supermarket to buy some. A coffee plunger would have been good too. Although AC was not in the included list, it was a very hot weekend and it would have been appreciated.
