Great place that needs a better attention.
6.0The staff were present during check in and check out, smiling and welcoming. They gave me a spray bottle for the flies, it was nice of them, and I return it back. The bed was comfortable and clean. The air conditioning was in good condition.
− The cleanliness wasn’t good enough: -Spider's web is everywhere. -Mosquitos, flies, cockroaches (which is normal in a tropical place however it should be treated for the guest’s comfort) -The tea and coffee facilities were not freshly clean. -It seems that there is no enough staff to take care of all the details, I saw only 2 people, one morning and one evening, and as far as I understood they are doing everything. -The noise from the neighbours (I think the rental rooms next to the villas) there was a massive noise very early morning on my last day, kids and adults were so loud around the pool. I couldn’t sleep properly and that ruined my day. It was very early morning and there was no respect toward the other guests staying on the villas sleeping, I didn’t see anyone interfering and stopping them or reminding them that there were other people staying in the same place.

8.0Bungalow waren gross. Pool hatte ich für mich alleine.
− Badezimmer könnte etwas sauberer geputzt werden. Auch der Spiegel im Schlafzimmer. Und es ist eher dunkel. Mehr Licht wäre toll. Personal kann nicht gut englisch. Man versteht sich aber problemlos über google translater

− Aamupala piti kuulua makoitukseen, sellaista ei ole. Huoneessa jääkaappi ja kauppa lähellä. Sänky oli kova mutta lakanat puhtaat. Astiat huoneessa ja lattiat olivat likaiset..
