6.0I liked the cleanliness of the residence. I also like the close proximity to my weekend destination, Homestead Miami Speedway. Finally, I appreciated the bottled water that was provided with my stay.
− The listing information could have been clearer, stating that this was a half apartment in a complex. I was specifically looking for a "quiet" environment where I could rest and get a good's night sleep after a long day of motor racing. That's why I chose this location over a hotel. Unfortunately, I got neither due to the shared smells and sounds from the adjoining rooms. This was NOT a quiet environment. This IS an apartment complex with noisy neighbors and common shared space issues.

9.0The place is in a perfect, central location between Miami and the Florida Keys and Everglades, and it felt safe to be there. The price is very reasonable if you are on a budget.
− There is another attached unit where you can hear other guests on the other side. So just be aware if you are one who needs absolute silence to sleep.
