− Esperienza pessima: struttura sporca e totale abbandono **Punteggio: 1/5** Purtroppo le recensioni positive che ci hanno spinto a prenotare questa struttura **non rispecchiano assolutamente la reale situazione** che abbiamo trovato al nostro arrivo. È stata un'esperienza da dimenticare. Ecco i problemi principali riscontrati: * **Sporcizia ovunque:** La casa era invasa da polvere e capelli. Perfino le posate nella cucina erano visibilmente sporche. * **Odore insopportabile:** C'era una fortissima puzza di umidità in tutta la struttura, e purtroppo anche le lenzuola e gli asciugamani puzzavano, dando l'impressione di non essere stati lavati adeguatamente. * **Arredi danneggiati:** Il divano letto era completamente rotto e inutilizzabile. * **Servizio clienti inesistente:** La cosa peggiore è stata la totale mancanza di supporto. Abbiamo prontamente segnalato la situazione e i problemi di pulizia, ma **nessuno è venuto a pulire** o a risolvere il problema, lasciandoci nel totale disagio. Sconsiglio vivamente questa struttura. Mancanza d'igiene e totale menefreghismo verso l'ospite.
