− Las camas están viejas y duras y el aire acondicionado no deja dormir
Hotel con potencial pero sin mantenimiento.
4.0Los jardines.
− Le falta mucho mantenimiento. Las habitaciones con humedad en cortinas y closet. La regdaera goteaba. El jacuzzi no funcionaba. La TV no fumcionaba. En una habitacion el aire no funcionaba y la tv tampoco. Los edredones viejos y sucios.

− La limpieza. En general es limpio pero esta un poco descuidado en detalles de las habitaciones, especifico las cortinas

5.0Las instalaciones son muy elegantes, pero no tiene mantenimiento, las albercas están verdes deshabilitadas, los pasillos sucios, la ropa de cama en las escaleras, colchones y muebles viejos en los pasillos, el área de juegos sucia, desordenada, las áreas comunes con popo de las aves que tienen, no hay supervisión y los empleados hacen lo que quieren. sin embargo el lugar es hermoso pero descuidado.

− Los cuartos son antigüos y pues les falta mantenimiento, pero en general las instalaciones muy bonitas grandes y lujosas
