− We made a booking. Only to find people there who claimed to have booked for the whole year Instead of being assisted with atleast another place. The owner just said it's Booking.com's fault that their place showed availability and we were left stranded and had to find another place in the middle of the night

− The so called property manager by the name of Tendai was very unprofessional. She does not have a clue regarding customer service. She is inpolite, leave the guests to figure out stuff without proper orientation and information over what works and what does not work. The place was not properly cleaned and when she was made aware she couldn't be bothered. She send strangers to the property without informing the guests. She is very bad with communication
