The property is a great size for a group and it’s brilliant having a separate bathroom for each bedroom. It’s set up for accessibility (possibly formerly an assisted living house?) and should be marketed more as such because 2 of the bedrooms and bathrooms appear to be completely wheelchair friendly, wheelchair friendly entryway etc.

− The Aircon didn’t work while we were there and the communication from the owner about getting it repaired or willingness to provide a solution (eg a standard fan) was really disappointing. Based on this experience we personally wouldn’t stay here again but if you need an accessible property it might be worth reaching out to ensure the Air con has been fixed (I’m advised that’s now planned for this week)

Nice size house and rooms good location

− The house wasn't really clean couch had a lot of scuff marks and stove top didn't work so could cook much food

− Not clean, very dirty, not sure if linen on beds changed No racks for towels No flannels No tea towels. Found dirty one on floor in garage which had unlocked chemicals WiFi didn’t work Stove didn’t work Microwave unclean. Oven not hot enough Lights flashed when turned up. No basic items like sugar or salt & pepper ( not welcoming for out of staters) Dishes still in dishwasher so had to empty Bathroom garbage bins not emptied. Hair & meds in there. Appears to be a disability respite house. I come from that background & this would not pass NDUS standard. One of the family is now unwell since leaving the property

Was easy to find and close to family

− The house was dirty the toilets were filthy the drains stunk the bedding wasn't clean bandaids on the floors. Used feminine hygiene products left in bathroom bin stinking. Feaces on toilet seat. My husband had to clean it. No clean towels lucky I brought my own the induction cooker didn't work wifi didn't work. The air fryer still had food from the person before us. There wasn't enough cutlery for my family. The floors made our feet black there were spiders and animal droppings in the bathrooms ants running on the benches. Windows were filthy. We were uncomfortable our entire stay.
