Utterly ridiculous and untrained staff and no lock on toilet door and open spaces in toilet

To be frank nothing

− The staff was pathetic , when we booked from booking.com and upon check in the staff said that there is a complimentary breakfast and you can choose one from Paratha / puri bhaji and toast / sandwich tea / coffee and poha . When we viz me and my wife went for breakfast on day 1 the staff said they is no complimentary breakfast after cross checking with the receptionist they finally agreed to mercifully give us breakfast, they offered 2 puris for 2 of us when we raised questions finally they gave us 4 puris and bhaji and 1 paratha for 2 persons . This was just the day 1 . Beware this hotel has no locks to the toilet rooms from outside There are open spaces in the bathroom due to which the smoke from the other room came on coming the room for 2 days . On the day 2 of breakfast more drama awaits We went to have breakfast at 8:30 and after placing the order since we had complimentary breakfast, the hotel staff was provided breakfast in front of us , we placed order for 2 puri bhaji and tea , after catering to the food orders of the rest of the property we weee fortunate enough to get puri bhaji after 30 mins and tea after another 30 mins . So breakfast took one hour which delayed our plans to explore in the city but the hotel staff was curious of our check out upon our exit , they even called thrice from 10:0 am to 11:00 am when our check out was due . Also the staff is untrained once they rang the bell and even opened the door without consent , booking.com should delist this property immediately and we recommend strict measures against this hotel

The hotel is pretty good at this price point with lot of amenities they also have a rooftop cafe in which you can enjoy live music and other things cafe vibe was also very good

For the price they are charging it is NOT worth it.

The room was good and enough clean, had a fan and air conditioner. The food at the restaurant in the terrance also was good.

− The rest of the hotel wasn't, the bathroom near reception was very dirty. The terrace was very dirty, the floor was dirty and the other room near the terrace wasn't very clean either. Most of the staff or the people around the staff spoke no English and were unprofessional. I had to ask for a towel for the room because they forgot it. The terrace and the room are the most potential and it's what captivates in the photos, but they don't know how to use it properly. regarding the staff and all the facilities need improvement and some love, care and professionalism. For the price they are charging it is NOT worth it.

− It was a completely horrifying experience for us. Firstly they denied our booking from the "booking" app. Then they gave us the very same we booked at a higher peice. We room service is super delayed. The bathroom doors didnt have latches. There was constant foul smell in both of our rooms. The water supply was so slow that it take 20 mins to fill the bucket. I would never visit the hotel again.
