Wir waren wirklich sehr zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt. Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön und die Aussicht einfach wunderschön. Besonders überrascht hat uns das Essen, weil wir ehrlich gesagt nicht mit so einer guten Qualität gerechnet hatten. Es hat uns jeden Tag sehr gut geschmeckt. Das gesamte Personal war unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Besonders bedanken möchten wir uns bei Arif und Joe Die beiden haben unseren Aufenthalt wirklich angenehmer gemacht, waren immer höflich, respektvoll und haben sich bei jeder Frage oder jedem Wunsch Zeit für uns genommen. Ich hatte während unseres Aufenthalts außerdem den Schlüssel von meinem Motorroller verloren. Obwohl der Schlüssel am Ende zum Glück wiedergefunden wurde, hat das Personal sofort versucht, mir zu helfen und sich wirklich darum gekümmert. Das haben wir sehr geschätzt. Alles in allem hatten wir eine richtig schöne Zeit und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Wer eine Unterkunft mit einer tollen Aussicht, leckerem Essen und einem super freundlichen Team sucht, ist hier genau richtig.

Wat een mooi uitzicht. En de verzorging was super. Prachtige villa rustig gelegen tegen een heuvel met prive zwembad . De bediening in het restaurant super gasten. Een aanrader voor wie verwend wil worden op Lombok.

Прекрасный отдых, очень просторный номер, прекрасный вид. На ужин нужно ехать в куту, но мы решили заказать ужин в отеле, очень понравились осьминоги, креветки. Повара очень вкусно готовят)

Shocking experience

The view and the local staff. NOT the owner

− HORROR OWNER. Do not book this hotel! Please take the time to read my review carefully. My experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. From the moment I arrived, there was an uncomfortable atmosphere where employees appeared fearful and nervous around the (British) owner. The way the owner treated his staff came across as disrespectful and degrading, and it seemed as though he exploited them. As a guest, this did not make me feel comfortable or safe. What bothered me most was the way the staff were treated. The owner also appeared to monitor both employees and guests by installing cameras in places where they seemed unnecessary. The owner snapped his fingers and demanded, in a very forceful and disrespectful manner, that a staff member come to our table and take care of everything for us. We had not asked for this, and it made us feel uncomfortable because it happened right in front of us. The staff member appeared visibly tense despite doing their best to assist guests. There was a clear atmosphere of tension and fear among the employees. A bizarre incident occurred when the owner, during an angry outburst, threw a television through the restaurant while guests were eating. He then blamed his staff for the broken TV, even though that was not the case. The mood in the restaurant immediately changed, and the tension was palpable. His employees ended up apologizing for the situation even though it was clearly not their fault. One particularly uncomfortable moment occurred when the owner, who appeared intoxicated, stood at our table and repeatedly apologized on behalf of his staff. He kept talking and seemed unable to recognize that his presence had become unwelcome. In my opinion, there was no reason for him to apologize for his employees. On the contrary, the behavior that disturbed me most was his own. Rather than apologizing for his staff, I would have preferred to see him take responsibility for his own actions.

Great stay - with room for service improvements

One of the most peaceful place on earth, I’ve stayed at. Calming vibes, great view, quiet with vibrant colors!

− There are tons of wildlife - not the dangerous kind but the annoying kind. There are geckos which poops on everything and I wish the housekeeping team would just make it a standard practice to clean the villa everyday! They also said they would come clean but then did not and when we returned late at night the villa was filled with gecko poop and no fresh towels and there’s poop on our towels, bedding and floors - it was very annoying
