− This was the worst rental experience I have ever had on Booking.com—please, run away from this place!!!! All the photos show a beautiful house with a marvelous view, featuring amenities, easy access, and everything one would need to gather with family and friends: IT’S A LIE!!! Upon arrival, the reality is completely different and deceptive. The house is falling apart. The appliances don't work—including the blender, microwave, electric cooker, and fan—and the washing machine is broken. The stovetop burners are filthy, with one not working at all. The entire house is filthy and infested with cockroaches everywhere; we had to go out and buy bug spray. The refrigerator is dirty and is being used to prop up a broken piece of furniture; the sandwich maker is dirty, and the coffee maker is full of rotten coffee grounds. The floors are dirty, the stairwells have no lighting, lightbulbs are burnt out, and electrical outlets don't work. There was no running water when we arrived, and we were left without internet for a whole night. There are broken mirrors and windows, the bathrooms are non-functional, the sauna doesn't work, and the bathtub (which is featured in a photo in the listing) doesn't work either. The pool area is old, with the wooden decking splintering and coming loose due to age. The freezer doesn't work, there are no trash cans, one bathroom lacks a sink, the showers are broken, and the toilets have weak flushing power. Everything smells terrible, and the refrigerator is not only dirty but also has broken parts. The dishes are dirty, as are the bed sheets, which reek of urine and mildew. The "cherry on top" was that we reported all of these issues to the owner, who was fully aware of every single problem. Yet, immediately after we checked out, he "miraculously" discovered a broken mirror (which was already broken when we arrived) and decided to threaten to charge me for it.

A casa é exatamente como no anúncio: ampla, linda, muito bem localizada e extremamente confortável. Os ambientes são grandes, bem distribuídos e a estrutura é completa, com todos os eletrodomésticos necessários. O anfitrião também foi muito solícito durante toda a estadia. No geral, a experiência foi positiva e consegui aproveitar bem a comemoração do meu aniversário.

− Como pontos de melhoria, acredito que a casa precisa de mais atenção na limpeza — encontramos bastante poeira e os banheiros necessitam de dedetização. Também senti falta de mais segurança e privacidade em alguns aspectos. Mesmo com esses pontos, é um espaço com muito potencial e que pode proporcionar uma experiência ainda melhor com alguns ajustes.

Casa bonita , espaçosa e cozinha bem completinha. Piscina maravilhosa!

− Não fomos muito bem recepcionadas. Além do porteiro não estar ciente da nossa entrada, o caseiro se assustou com a nossa chegada e foi um pouco rude. Ele tinha acesso direto ao interior da casa, o que nos deixou desconfortável (um grupo de 7 mulheres). Fora o piscineiro que foi , sem aviso prévio, fazer a limpeza enquanto estávamos lá (de biquíni) querendo usar a piscina.
