4.0− The property has not been well maintained. When we arrived the property has clearly not been deep cleaned but rather only a basic cleaning which immediately made us feel uncomfortable, the bedding was stained and had to be changed upon our arrival. After talking to them they agreed to do a proper cleaning however even that was not to the standard of what it should have been.

− la villa numéro 2 et 3 sont bord de routes on entend tous les bruits et la piscine qui est pas du tout au soleil, on en a finalement pas profiter du tout
Excessive traffic noise
3.0− Villa Nina is located on an intersection of two busy main roads which creates a lot of traffic noise (can be heard loudly inside the villa) which made it a very unrestful stay. We ended up checking out two nights early as we were so tired from lack of sleep. We raised this issue with management and they responded that "traffic noise was clearly mentioned in the listing", but at best it was understated. There were a lot of mosquitos around the pool and front area. I would not recommend staying here.
