− Le nombre de couchage, il y a effectivement 2 chambres mais le 2ème lit est un lit 1 place. Et nous étions 4.

7.0La posizione vicinissima al centro vitale di Perugia, ampio spazio in tutte le stanze, la pulizia, precisione nelle indicazioni per l'accesso; letto comodo!
− Unico neo del letto: eventuale secondo cuscino non presente con federa, quindi non utilizzabile! In bagno c'era sempre uno sgradevole odore; viste le temperature elevate, mi sarei aspettata una bottiglia di acqua in frigorifero, invece non c'era neanche una brocca o un contenitore per rinfrescare dell'acqua; mi sarei aspettata anche il condizionatore portatile acceso al minimo. Invece era spento. Per fortuna che è posizionato in sala: piuttosto rumoroso! Nota bene= in camera no condizionatore; no ascensore (no problem per noi, ma meglio ribadirlo chiaramente)

10.0The apartment was very spacious, well-equipped, and located right in the heart of the historic center, within walking distance of all the main tourist attractions. The check-in instructions were very clear and easy to follow, making the whole process smooth and hassle-free. The hosts were incredibly kind and friendly, and they even left us some great restaurant recommendations, which we really appreciated. We would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone visiting the city!

10.0Questa non è solo una camera, questo è un intero appartamento trilocale a tua disposizione 😍 casa davvero spaziosissima, anche molto silenziosa nonostante sia centralissima e Alessandra è stata carinissima con noi. Questo è assolutamente un appartamento super consigliato, noi torneremo!!❤️
− Non ci sono condizionatori perché è un edificio storico, ma c’è un pinguino e due ventilatori che comunque rendono piacevole lo stare in casa ❤️
