10.0The room was as advertised, plenty of room, adequate kitchen, surrounded by beautiful Victorian homes, some offer tours. One restaurant for breakfast and lunch within a 4 min. walk. Centrally located for sightseeing. Very afforable. I would recommend the lower units for older customers as stairs are somewhat steep.

8.0Room was comfortable and clean. Only down side was the room above us seemed to be having a clogging contest until midnight. The Memphis/Elvis decor was neat and we would stay here again.
