7.0La posizione è molto comoda e collegata al centro del paese
− Purtroppo è poco insonorizzato e martedì è arrivato un vicino che teneva la TV accesa fino a notte inoltrata.
Un soggiorno all’insegna della tranquillità
8.0Molto carina, arredata stile shabby, primo piano, casa molto calda, completa di praticamente tutto. Un posticino di pace, adatta anche a chi possiede animali. Presenti stoviglie e piumoni. Condominio silenzioso.. per un weekend è assolutamente consigliato. Vicinissimo a Fiumalbo, da non fare a piedi ma per il fatto che la strada consente poco la camminata ai pedoni ma in macchina ci vogliono 3 minuti!.
− L’unica cosa leggermente più “scomoda” era il letto (divano letto), ma ne eravamo consapevoli avendo letto le recensioni precedenti :) e l’immondizia da portare ai cassonetti sulla strada (non sono nel condominio).

10.0Posizione molto comoda e vicina agli impianti, Ben servita a livello di servizi, scendendo le scale che costeggiano il condominio si arriva nel Borgo della città di Fiumalbo.
