8.0I liked the amenities which were provided in the room along with the laundry service which is included in the room rent. The staff were quite helpful. Connectivity to central London is good though it is quite a long commute.
− The ground floor rooms can be prone to disturbances and noises from people moving around outside and this isn't clarified when you're booking the room ( I wasn't aware that I'd booked the ground floor room). Other than that it's good value for money. Bathroom was too small but it did the job.

− Broken floor- damp- condensation- broken loo seat- not as nice as marketing pictures- poor security with keys to all rooms not held securely but instead left I. A bowl on top of a cabinet. Dirty surfaces.

2.0The location, although in the middle of a council estate.
− On arrival, the property smelt of dampness. In the downstairs room, none of the windows are able to be opened. They do have a fan, however, far too hot, no fresh air ever gets into the room. Upon arrival back home, all the clothes I hadn’t worn, stunk of dampness & had to be washed anyway Upstairs neighbour was very noisy, moving furniture until midnight, most nights. I’m unsure what he does up there ?

Terrible - look elsewhere
1.0− Listing did not match the description. Essential differences. Mold in the shower. Sink tap was disconnected. No stovetop. Floorboards coming undone.
