10.0My host had a problem with my original choice of venue and instead offered me a much bigger apartment which was amazing! Great situation of property and absolutely stunning inside. I only wished I had booked for longer.

− We arrived at the property to not have a code for the key to get in after ringing we found out that we couldn’t stay in the location we booked and got moved to a different location
Lovely easy flat
7.0Lovely little flat on the sea front - great location in Whitley Bay, very comfortable beds and sofa and spacious flat! Host went out of his way to bring us a hair dryer when we realised there was none in the property as listed so really appreciated the reaction time to this and bought one to me within a few hours
− It’s not very well insulated (if at all) there were kids running in the flat upstairs and you could hear everything (unsure if this is also rented out or someone lives there if it’s a problem at all times or not)
