2.0The apartment was ok not great for part and hard to find
− The host was very rude and refused to wait for me to give me the keys Spain won the football so all the roads were blocked to the route to the property police blocked access As football fans filled the roads celebrating so my sat nav kept relocating me the host would not help me he kept ringing saying he's not waiting I was meeting him at 12.30,am I asked for the location so I could find it better I got to the apartment to have a message he's not waited he's gone and can't wait I said he had to give me my money back as I booked it and not able to get access he then told me to drive back to the town and get keys from his house it was a right disaster he was so rude by the time I got sorted and found the apartment again it was 4.30 in the morning after being messed about by the host really bad attitude and I was very upset as I had no where to stay .
