9.0Közel a tóhoz , kényelmes , kedves tulajdonos.
− Lévén ez egy társasházban levő lakás . Sajnos muszáj vagyok leírni hogy az apartman alatt levő állandó lakó mindkét este bömböltette a metál zenét 16-20 h között. A vékony falak miatt és a szomszéd hozzáállása miatt a csendes pihenés nem annyira sikerült . Sajnálatos mert a tulajdonos hozzáállása maximális volt . Erről ő sajnos nem tehet de inkább gyerekes családoknak ajánlom akik nem csendes pihenőt tartanak !
