All in all the stay was good
8.0Location was amazing. The entrance foyer was very grand The staff were very friendly and gracious
− While the facility was great, the rooms were not sound insulated . Everytime the neighboring rooms opened and closed the door there would be lound bangs which was very disturbing . Conversations in the passages could clearly be heard inside the room and I am sure any one standing in the passage could similarly hear Conversations inside the room. So privacy and peace & silence was compromised
I wouldn’t recommend anyone this hotel because it is not at all worth spending money. Room tarrif is very high compared

− Location is not so good. Food is not that great. There is lot of noise comes from adjacent room and outside lobby of the room.

10.0Had a great experience, staff was very nice & accommodating, the facilities were amazing and very clean. We truly had a great experience staying at Mastiff My friends informed the staff it was my birthday to buy a cake for me, and the hotel baked me a delicious cake and informed me it would be free of charge. For the next 2 days almost every staff member I met wished me a happy birthday.
