A disappointing experience – this place should not be rented in its current condition
1.0− It is a real shame that this place is being rented out to guests. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that this accommodation does not provide the basic conditions needed for a comfortable stay. The room is located on the ground floor, directly next to the main entrance gate. The heavy iron gate is constantly being opened and slammed shut from early morning until late at night, creating unbearable noise. Sleeping was practically impossible because of the constant disturbance. The windows are at street level, which creates another major problem. They cannot realistically be opened because people walking by can see directly into the room, and opening them allows dust, dirt, and pollution from the street to enter. With almost no fresh air circulation, the room feels closed, uncomfortable, and unhealthy. Unfortunately, cleanliness was also a serious issue. The room had cockroaches, sticky floors, a bad-smelling bathroom, and visible dust. These are not minor details — they greatly affect the comfort and hygiene of the stay. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. The noise, lack of ventilation, and poor cleanliness make this accommodation unsuitable for guests. I strongly believe these issues should be addressed before continuing to rent this place.

Good if you want good location, not for couple stay

− The room power kept going off and on, the hot water for shower only lasted 5 minutes. not enough for two people. pressure poor after 5 minutes too. we were right next to road very loud. air con was unreliable and remote was in portreugues couldnt figure out how to work it.
