Hermoso entorno con buenos servicios
8.0El lugar es muy lindo, acondicionado como resort, con excelente piscina, acceso a botes y kayaks. El personal muy atento, la comunicación previa al ingreso muy fluida, el checkin y checkout rápidos y sin inconvenientes. Las habitaciones en medio de mucha vegetación, con hamacas y buena vista. La comida muy buena. También nos incluyeron el uso de kayaks por una vez.
− Todo está un poco viejo, pero se vé que están haciendo remodelaciones, por ejemplo un nuevo restaurante. En nuestra habitación el aire acondicionado hacía un poco de ruido y no le andaba el deflector de aire. Igual refrigeraba muy bien. Los costos del restaurante son algo elevados y uno no tienen muchas alternativas ya que está apartado de otros restaurantes, al menos sin tomar el auto.

− Ya he sido cliente del lugar hace muchos años, pero hoy, el lugar está abandonado a pesar que están renovando el restaurante, en el restaurante actual o provisional huele mal y hay botellas tiradas en la entrada, no hay muy buen servicio en restaurante, solo en recepción. Hay cucarachas en la habitación, artefactos de baño en mal estado, la televisión a puras penas se ven algunos canales, realmente se puede estar mejor en otros lugares por menor o igual precio.
