8.0Nice little chalet, everything you need for a good value stay.
− The chalet could do with a paint and the sofa was uncomfortable
A very relaxing time spent in Kessingland as our go to place, especially for our dog.
8.0Great location just 2 minutes from the beach, and well maintained site surrounding. It was clean and tidy with plenty of space, the beds were comfortable and plenty of storage space.
− It would have been nice to have the back of the property fenced off for each chalet so the dog could relax outside, it’s quite restrictive having to keep them on a lead which means they can only stay indoors, so not really dog friendly as stated. The Property was fine apart from the outside needing a good clean and the Windows were very dirty, we understand with the location brings with it the elements of the sea, but a little attention to making the chalet look appealing goes a long way . Also for some reason there was no frying pan available ?? With the kitchen equipment but other than that very well equipped with everything you would need. Would I book her again probably not only for the simple reason it’s not really dog friendly to restrictive and the whole point of a relaxing break is not to worry about the Dog having good outside space to relax as well.
All good for what we needed,but if one is elderly or has dodgey legs,the steps down to the beach wasn’t mentioned other

9.0Comfortable, clean and modern. Kitchen had everything you need. Patio outside lovely in the sunshine.

9.0Nice quiet location 5 minutes walk to the beach and great view from the top of the cliff. 20 minutes from Great Yarmouth and Southwold, both lovely family days out. Chalet was bigger than expected with 2 good size bedrooms and comfortable living space. Everything was clean, beds comfortable, kitchen well equipped. Plenty of parking space and Co-op 10 minutes walk away. Highly recommend.
Excellent stay, very relaxing, listening to the waves and watching the stars at night.

− No map in car park, so initially had to walk around the complex to find number 6. Internet is not very good.
