10.0Our stay at SAii Laguna Phuket was absolutely wonderful in every way. The hotel is luxurious, elegant, and exceptionally clean. One of the things we appreciated the most was the high level of cleanliness and attention to detail. We did not encounter any insects during our entire stay, which made us feel extremely comfortable. Our room had a stunning lagoon view, and the scenery was absolutely breathtaking and peaceful. The sea and beach are also among the highlights of the resort. The beach is beautiful and very clean, and the sea view is spectacular, especially at sunset. I would like to give a very special thank you to Len and Rum, who were truly one of the best parts of our experience at the hotel. Their service was exceptional in every way. They were always smiling, warm, friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful. They genuinely cared about our comfort and were always ready to assist us with kindness and attention. Len and Rum truly went above and beyond our expectations and made us feel like very special guests throughout our stay. Their wonderful hospitality, attention to detail, and genuine kindness made a huge difference and turned our stay into an unforgettable experience. We are sincerely grateful to both of them for taking such wonderful care of us. I highly recommend SAii Laguna Phuket, not only for its beauty, luxury, and wonderful location, but also for its outstanding service and exceptional staff like Len and Rum. This was truly one of our most beautiful and comfortable hotel experiences, and we would absolutely love to come back again!
− The only downside is that the hotel is quite far from Phuket Old Town and Patong. However, if you are looking for a peaceful, relaxing, and luxurious stay away from the busy areas, it is a perfect choice.

10.0Absolutely stunning hotel. The breakfast buffet had an exceptional spread. We loved going on the complimentary shuttle boat trip around the lagoon. The hotel app was easy and convenient to navigate. The kids pool was perfect and next to the ice-cream stall. Lots of water stations dotted around too. Our family had a wonderful stay - highly recommend staying here.
− The kids club was perfect for toddlers. Would be even better if there were activities for younger children.
