COSY, VIBRANT, BRIEF STAY IN VRATSA
8.0Nicely done up apartment. Might be a little tight if travelling with many cases but for 3 users it's fine. Nice location, right in pedestrian area, though in Vratsa, anything is within walking distance anyway. NIce A/C. Playstation 5 available (never used it). Vratsa location is just excellent for hiking trails.
− No lift. Should specify this, together with floor in building. Building entrance and surroundings very old. Don't know why owners insist on having an oven but not a dishwasher. Payment was a bit of a nightmare. Their portable card terminal did not work with my card. Be ready to find parking options nearby.

− The common staircases are are extremely not maintained and with very bad smell from somewhere. Really ruining the experience. Also given how poor the hot water supply from the grid it is, a electrical boiler will be highly appreciated.

10.0Absolutely loved our time there and the apartment! Cozy, comfortable, has everything needed and more! There is a small street behind the building where we were able to park. Even one of the neighbors advised us on which spot is better to park because of the falling leaves from the trees. The communication with the host was really easy and pleasant.
