− Maintenance issues: A/C underperforming, bedroom’s closet door broken.
Pas du tout serieux.
1.0− Non respect d'engagement des réservations. 2 fois de suite, cet établissement ne respecte pas les réservations. La 1ère fois, c'etait le 4 octobre 2025, je suis arrivé, on me signale de ne pas avoir une réservation. J'ai du sortir mon mail de confirmation de réservation. Ce 2 avril 2026, j'arrive à 22h30, on me signale que ma reservation est annulée et qu'il n'y a plus de chambre disponible car il y a un groupe sportif qui ont pris toutes les chambres. Il a fallu qu'on me propose un hotel à côté dont la prestation et regle d'hygiène sont tres catastrophique. Malheureusement je n'ai pas le choix autrement j'allais dormir dans la rue. Ce n'est pas du tout serieur. Cet établissement, ne pense pas à fidéliser ses clients et pire ne pense pas à soigner son image. C'est vraiment dommage. Je deconseille vivement cet hôtel si vous n'aimez pas le stress.
