− We had reserved the Bumblebee cottage for a work trip, upon arrival at the property, after a 6 hour drive we were unable to enter the property due to no check in information from the property owner. After several attempts over an hour to reach out, including the phone number attached to the account(which was disconnected), we contacted booking.com for help. Booking.com was also unable to reach the property owner/manager and sent an email which went unanswered. We were forced to cancel our booking and find other accommodations.
