la propreté et le calme du site, bien situé

− un deuxième lit aurait été mieux que le canapé lit pour des raisons d'intimité. j 'ai demandé un appartement pour 3 adultes mais 2 adultes collègues ont du partagé un grand lit double pendant que le 3 eme dormait sur le canapé lit. ce cet appartment est très bien pour un couple et sa famille mais pas pour des collègues de travail (pas dintimité)

I had a fantastic stay at this spacious apartment in Gouvia. It features a lovely balcony, a large and extremely comfortable bed, and is equipped with absolutely everything you could possibly need. The owner has clearly thought of every detail – I’ve never stayed in such a well-prepared apartment before. You can cook, iron, do laundry – everything is provided. The location is also great, just about a 15-minute walk to the beach and the vibrant heart of the town, full of great restaurants and cafes. There’s a designated parking area right in front of the building, which is super convenient, and even a gas station next door if you're traveling by car. The host was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. I highly recommend this place – it truly felt like a home away from home!

The apartment has been nicely renovated — everything is new, there’s plenty of kitchenware and all necessary appliances. We especially appreciated the washing machine, which is a rare find on Corfu.

− However, for us, the positives ended there. When booking, we were guided by the description saying “beachline” and photos showing a sea view. In reality, the apartment is located in an old multi-story building next to a busy four-lane road. From the balcony, instead of a sea view, there’s noise, exhaust fumes, and a gas station across the street. You still need to walk a fair distance to reach the sea — it’s not the view or location shown in the photos. ⠀ So if you’re just looking for a place to sleep — this might be okay. But if you’re on a beach holiday, like we were, this is not the right place. ⠀ Also, there was an unpleasant sewage smell in the bathroom. We had to cover the drains with towels because it was hard to breathe otherwise.
