Location was fantastic, The villa gives you a comfort of your own home.

− There was a foul smell coming from the bathroom everytime you took a shower. It appeared like a septic tank smell/sewer smell.

Location was great. Accomodation was roomy and comfortable. Aircon in bedrooms was amazing 🤩

− People down stairs had loud music and were quite noisy etc but they were not there for all of our stay

Perfect stay at the Links - incredible views, comfortable accommodation with everything we needed for a week. Lovely to have coffee and a few breakfast things to start with. Really could not fault anything.

The owner was very accommodating and friendly, he came over and introduced himself and bought us beautiful sweet Bananas! Spa was super relaxing for the end of the day. Super quiet away from the main road we didn’t even know we had neighbours at the time! But amazing hearing the ocean during the day and night. The property was equipped with everything you need, aircon (though we didn’t use it much!) all cooking utensils to a barista coffee machine and air fryer. Big fridge and freezer to stock your frozen goods! There was even binoculars an a telescope 😃

Pretty much everything. Great location and views. Short drive to the beach by Black Rock. Loved watching the jets arrive and the antics of the golfers from the large covers deck. Nice spa pool too . Close to town . Well appointed . Appreciated the full kitchen and two bathrooms

− Would have appreciated a clean halfway through our 11 days .. housework wasn’t top of my agenda while on holiday . Would be willing to pay for the service
