Die Wohnung hat einen modernen Stil und ein geräumigen Wohn-Essbereich. Die Zimmer waren geräumig und das Bad im Erdgeschoss sehr schön und mit Fenster. Auch der kleine Garten- und Terassenbereich war groß genug und für uns gut nutzbar. Ein Parkplatz direkt nebenan hat das parken mit mehreren Autos unkompliziert gemacht.

− Wir buchten die Wohnung im Erdgeschoss. Leider war uns nicht klar, dass wir das Haus 1. teilten mit weiteren Mietenden und dass 2. eines der Schlafzimmer sowie auch ein Bad im Keller lagen. Dies war für jene Person unserer Gruppe nicht sonderlich angenehm. Zudem hat die Dusche in dem unteren Bad nicht richtig funktioniert, sodass wir uns zu 7. Ein Bad teilen mussten. Leider sind die Betten nicht für große Menschen gemacht. Ab 1,80m gucken die Füße am Bettende raus. Zudem hatte das eine Bett kein richtiges Lattenrost sondern eine kreative Lösung mit Laminat unter der Matratze - also aufgepasst beim Drehen. Die Küchenausstattung war für unsere Gruppengröße von 7 Personen gerade so ausreichend. Ein großer Topf wäre wünschenswert und auch stabiles Küchenbesteck. Darüber hinaus ist bei uns leider die Hauptsicherung bei der gleichzeitigen Nutzung von Herd. Backofen und Licht ausgefallen. Um das Problem zu beheben mussten wir uns mit der Servicehotline in Verbindung setzen. Leider passierte dies noch mehrfach. Überraschend für und war ebenfalls, dass dich der Pool nicht auf dem Grundstück sondern als Gemeinschaftspool für diese sowie andere Wohnungen diente.

The location of the Villa is great.

− The advertisement was misleading, as it showed pictures of a swimming pool described as private, which was not the case. It turned out to be a shared facility, and to make matters worse, the pool was inaccessible during our stay — something that was not mentioned in the listing. This was extremely disappointing, especially for our children, as the pool was one of the main reasons we chose this property. Additionally, the pizza oven, which was another advertised amenity, was not available for use during our entire stay, with no prior notice or mention at the time of booking. Another major concern was the cleanliness of the property. It clearly had not been properly vacuumed or cleaned prior to our arrival. There was visible dust throughout the house — on floors, furniture, underneath beds, on sofas, linen, and towels. This is unacceptable, particularly given the hefty cleaning fee that was charged. Finally, on the day of our checkout, although the agreed checkout time was 10 AM, the cleaning staff shut down the main electricity to the property at 8 AM from outside. This caused major disruption and panic during our morning routine. We had to contact the helpline for assistance, but the last few hours of our stay were unnecessarily stressful. Overall, this experience was very disappointing, and it fell far below the standards we expected based on the listing. I would appreciate a partial refund or some form of compensation for the issues we faced during our stay.

Pool was nice and big, very good for kids and adults, only it was located about 100 m from hose. nice dining area. House was clean.

− The house is offered as entire property, but there is only first floor and basement with very steep stairs. On the second floor there was somebody living and the back yard was covered in dog shit and we couldn't open windows due to terrible smell. Wouldn't suggest this place for families, we were 7 people - 4 adults, 3 kids, there were no beds for kids, only 3 double beds (one of which is in basement ) and one uncomfortable sofa that needed to be put out and back together every evening and morning. Steep stairs make it dangerous for kids, if somebody has to sleep in basement. Air conditioning only in living room.
