3.0The beds were comfortable and the flat was clean, lounge was comfy
− No TV except streaming. The kitchen sink, bathroom basin and bath had either hot or cold water. Bath had no hot water, trickled out of the tap. Had to clean the toilet, there was poo in it and a stain round the water level. Didn't flush well. No instructions how to open front door, residents let us in out of the rain. Kitchen had no area to prepare food. Hard to find parking nearby.

10.0The apartment was very clean and spacious, I have family in Glasgow and the surrounding area, so the apartment was very well situated
− I had no issues, the only thing, if I wanted to nit pick, sometimes parking outside the apartment, was difficult, but there was always somewhere on the other street.

− No cold water in bathroom, smell in apartment, dog faeces noted in common area, no hair dryer. Used washing machine but then found there was no way to dry clothes, it appeared that very little effort had been made to make apartment better.

8.0We Recently stayed in the cove apartment we found the apartment to be warm comfortable very clean. Kate from pillow partners was very informative and very helpful with any quieres we had! The location is ideally located for nearby shops and restaurants, there is also a train station very nearby!
