La casa è nuova, molto pulita, con tutto il necessario e anche di più in ogni ambiente (dal bagno alla cucina al ripostiglio). Ottima privacy: è una casetta indipendente con un giardino privato e veranda, immersa in un contesto molto tranquillo di abitazioni simili. Abbiamo gradito particolarmente la veranda che, ombreggiata per quasi tutto il giorno, ha consentito rilassanti pasti e momenti di relax.

Casa grande, molto pulita, ben fornita di tutto e con un bello spazio all'aperto. Proprietari accoglienti e gentili dalla proprietaria Francesca al padre Andrea che ci ha accolti per il check in

− Taglierei le erbacce in giardino e metterei un barbeque visto il grande spazio esterno. Ma lo scrivo più per consiglio che come critica.

The house is very clean and cozy - we felt like home. It has everything you need. Definitely recommend it!

− The bed matress was a bit hard for us but I think this is an italian thing

Good but disappointed

The property was very clean and very quiet. 15 minutes walk from guidaloca beach or 3 minutes drive. The patio with the dining table was very nice as it was really hot , in the evening it was quite enjoyable having dinner there.

− When we arrived at the property, there was a misunderstanding as we found another couple checked in the house that we booked. The couple was supposed to be checked in by another person the next house down the road. so I called the host Francesca and she rushed back to the property and she had to ask the other couple to leave so we could get in. As the couple had been there for a few minutes now, they obviously used a couple of hand towels, the toilet and their bags unloaded from the car. when the host came back she apologised for the inconvenience, she gave us new towels and left the dirty once used by the previous couple, in the toilet, which then we put in the laundry bin. I asked if we could use the BBQ as advertised on the house's amenities, she replied I am not sure, it is not in great state and as we are at the end of the season I didn't purchase a new one. also is missing the grill. I have got to say though that I am highly disappointed as someone was checked in that was not us, therefore documents were not checked like advertised on the property page, there was not a thorough refresh of the property as someone else was there before us and the BBQ without it's component for us to use it. We had to purchase a grill for it which then we took away with us just because we didn't want to leave there.
