6.0The property is surrounded by beautiful countryside, with fields all around and even a small pond nearby. The atmosphere is very peaceful and relaxing. I only had the chance to meet the owner briefly, but he was very kind, polite, and welcoming.
− Unfortunately, the apartment I stayed in did not meet my expectations because it was located in the basement, and this was not mentioned in the Booking.com listing. Had I known this in advance, I would have chosen a different accommodation. The apartment itself is well equipped, with a kitchen, microwave, bathroom with a shower, and enough beds for up to seven people. However, what I did not like was that it had the typical musty smell often found in basement spaces. I am particularly sensitive to odors, so this made my stay less comfortable. I only stayed for one night, which was manageable, but I would not have chosen to stay there for several days. The windows do not offer a view of the surrounding countryside; they are small basement windows facing a retaining wall, with only a small opening above that lets in some daylight and a glimpse of the sky. My main suggestion is simply that the listing should clearly state that this is a basement apartment, so guests can make an informed choice based on their own preferences.

− Leider kein Doppelbett, Stockbett direkt neben der Eingangstüre Die Unterkunft ist solide, nichts besonderes, aber dafür ziemlich teuer.
