1.0− Absolutely avoid this property. I arrived at approximately 9:00 PM and attempted to check in. Before arriving, I repeatedly tried to contact the owner by phone to inform him that I would be delayed, but my calls went unanswered. When I arrived, I had to contact him through WhatsApp because he still would not answer the phone. He informed me that I had arrived after check-in and refused to let me enter the property. I asked if there was any alternative solution, such as collecting the keys from a nearby location. He refused. While I was standing outside, other guests were entering the building, yet I was denied access to the room I had already paid for. The owner then instructed me to leave immediately and threatened to call the police if I remained on the premises. As a result, I was forced to find and pay for another hotel at the last minute. What makes this experience completely unacceptable is that I also requested to use the remaining nights of my fully paid reservation. The owner refused and cancelled the reservation despite my clear intention to continue my stay. Booking.com later confirmed to me that this situation should not have been classified as a genuine no-show because I had in fact arrived at the property and attempted to check in. In the end, I paid for a three-night reservation, was denied access to the accommodation, lost the full amount of my booking, and had to spend additional money on alternative hotels. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise travellers to stay elsewhere. A property that refuses entry to paying guests, offers no assistance whatsoever, and keeps the full payment after cancelling the reservation is not a place I can recommend to anyone.

7.0Rund um die Uhr war jemand ansprechbar und hat uns weitergeholfen. Mit dem Auto fährt man nur 15 min zum Flughafen. Die Räume waren sehr sauber und modern.
− Das Zimmer und vor allem das Bett war sehr aufgeheizt so dass wir nur schlecht schlafen konnten.
