9.0Apartamento equipado com eletrodomésticos e com uma bela vista para a cidade. Ele está a 2km do Parque das Águas, então para quem estiver de carro é bem rápido o acesso. Rua tranquila e sem barulho.
Espaço aconchegante.
10.0Excelente localização, exatamente como nas fotos. Acomodação espaçosa com todos os utensílios necessários. Limpeza excelente. Bairro tranquilo e seguro.
− Único detalhe é a garagem para estacionar o carro. O espaço não comporta o número de vagas demarcadas.

Worth the money!
10.0I really liked the tiny apartment! I had a wonderful 10 days stay there alone, all by myself. Everything was perfect except that the sound proof is not that good, noises from upper floor can be heard clearly, but there was only tenant up there during the weekends throughout my stay. So it was still ok for me.
