3.0The location was fine and the size of the house adequate
− The bedrooms are right on a busy road making it very very noisy and hard to sleep. The beds were very old and uncomfortable with springs stabbing your back. After calling the management company they did add a mattress topper as one of the beds was just awful. A leak from the shower into the kitchen was dripping and making a big mold stain on the sealing. When we entered the house the smell was terrible. The house is generally very run down with stains on the walls, on the furniture, damaged steps, tiles falling off in the bathroom, a bathroom door nearly impossible to close etc It definitely felt that it was not worth the rating on Booking.com and not worth the price.

8.0conveniently located and walkable distances to town. The house is clean. The kitchen is nice and this is a great place to stay for families.
− we had to air out the house a bit when we came. It smelled of smoke, although there is a no smoking policy, but the house is nicely ventilated so once you open all the windows, the smell got better.
