Great value for money, large cabins and comfortable beds. Staff and food service was excellent. Our tour guide Cody Hieu was excellent! Highly recommend you do a tour with him.

Rooms were spacious and the beds were huge and very comfortable. Good that it was optional to join activities. Food was ok

Lan Ha Bay itself is stunning; the scenery lived up to the reputation and provided a truly beautiful backdrop for the journey. I really enjoyed the kayaking and swimming in the bay The staff was well mannered and attentive

− Logistics & Transport Transit Delays: The journey from the hotel (starting at 7:00 AM) was inefficient. While the midway stop was expected, the second 15-minute stop just before the port felt like an unnecessary "tourist trap." Tender Transfer: Reaching the boat took nearly an hour via a very slow tender. This was repeated on the return leg, making for a tedious start and end to the trip. Accommodation & Facilities Room Size: While the room matched the photos aesthetically, the scale was misleading. It felt cramped for three people; it is strictly better suited for a couple rather than a family with a child. Connectivity: The "out of service area" excuse for the lack of Wi-Fi was frustrated by the fact that staff were simultaneously using mobile data to stream YouTube for karaoke. Vessel Scale: Be aware that this specific boat is significantly smaller than others in the fleet, which limits the onboard atmosphere and amenities. Dining & Service Dietary Requirements: Despite multiple reminders, the staff failed to manage our pre-communicated lunch requirements. Inflexible Scheduling: Dinner was mandated at 7:30 PM with no flexibility. Because the boat is small, the evening atmosphere ended prematurely by 9:30 PM, whereas larger neighboring boats remained lively. Activities & Itinerary Pacing: The schedule felt rushed. Kayaking and swimming were squeezed in shortly after a tiring morning of travel, leaving little time to actually relax. Excursion Quality: The Day 2 visit to the Light Cave was underwhelming. The entire excursion lasted barely an hour and felt "dull" compared to the high expectations set for the bay's highlights. Overall - it may be worth paying the higher rate for a larger operator. The small scale of this cruise resulted in a cramped room, service lapses, and a poor experience overall

Nice experience, magnificent vies, clean rooms

It was a very nice experience on the boat,the activities where inclusive and a nice touch.It could fit some improvement but everything was nice still. Our guide Victor helped us with everything we needed and he was very helpful and cheerful. The rooms were clean and tidy, it actually reached our expectations.

− Maybe the early hours (you have to get up early for pick up), the whole day is packed and the next-last day has also a really really early wake up call in case you want to follow the itinerary.

Excellent tour with a professional team

Everything was great. I would like to specifically mention the staff — the entire team was professional and helpful. The program was well-organized and included various activities: • Kayaking and jumping from the boat. • Cooking class on board. • Squid fishing and karaoke on the upper deck in the evening. • Traditional boat trip to a cave in the morning. There are many different activities, but they are all optional. If you feel tired, you can skip any part of the program and just enjoy the scenery from your cozy cabin. Highly recommended for a flexible and well-managed experience.
